I started taking 20 mcg of t3 daily and was wondering if it was actually necessary to run t4 along side it.
I’m taking 20 IUs of HGH so i know my t4 -> t3 conversion is supified but why is supplementing t4 necessary?
I’m also on 200mg of tren so I’m assuming that it lowered my t3.
Can someone explain to me if its a no brainer to take t4 or if its not going to fuck anything up by not taking it.
