If anything, not being a gooner makes you cum faster because you get no endurance training and higher sensitivity

What works for me is
1-2 bottles of beer
Doing round 2 after 30-40 mins
Changing the pace and angles in missionary

With beers I can last 30-40 mins
Round 2 no beer around that too
Changing pace and angles to not cum too fast around 20 mins
