Taking anastrozole without a estradiol test?

I currently have 50 tablets of 1mg anastrozole but I’m hesitant to take them since I haven’t got a estradiol test and it’s hard to get one cause the appointment needs to be booked in advance my tablets of anastrozole are from Deuspower.shop should I take them without the test
