so guys as you know cortisol descends you and is overall the worst shit in your body its the source of many illnesses so not only does cortisol descend you to sub5 it even literally kills you so ive come up with some tips regarding the reduction of cortisol with drugs

1. benzos
they hit the gaba receptors and calm you down and make you stress less this is the best for cortisol reduction but my top benzo is clonazepam so thats the best one

2. psychedelics
the make you see fun stuff and shi but these are types of drugs you need to respect because high doses make you see scary stuff and thats gonna raise your cortisol which is literally our anti-goal so im suggesting psilocybin and maybe drugs from the 2c- class such as 2cb or 2ce but stay away from salvia and other hard psychedelics

3. opioids
now this ones somewhat risky as opioids like fentanyl or heroin cause addictions and shi but its really good at reducing cortisol but id rather stay away from opioids but its up to you ig
