I watched connor murphys (natty plus protocol on yt) video on it and he said that he experienced too many effects at just 0.5mg, what do you think I should do? I think I'll titrate till like 4mg

U did purchase very little so tritate till u feel ur getting good effects and spam that till its not longer working and u have to go up

ignore the people saying about dose and 10 mg vial is too little, i did the same and used 1 mg per week without upping and felt the effects increase each week until i hopped off so 10 was enough

I second this, I only felt it at 5mg. I was a little pussy when titrating because I was scared of side effects and as a result I wasted 2 months.

Reta side effects are fearmongered they are so light, maybe just a bit of constipation, nothing unmanageable
