talking to girls

genuinely how does one with high inhib talk to girls? what do you have to be on just for you to talk to girls or even ask a girl out? me personally ive never been friends with a girl or had a gf, im khhv and i truly think that i will remail khhv my whole life unless i change something. the only reason i think that i havent made friends with a girl is because i dont talk to them, so i need advice on how to talk to them. i also like someone but im genuinely to scared to ask them out, its been a few months, and im only waiting for them to ask or anyone atp, i really do think that my life is probably already over just because of this, im severely ND and it was over before it even started, and to top it off im ltn 6’0 tho, but if this is my life forever the only solution is roping and thats the harsh brutal but true answer.
