There is no one surgery u can get to become a chad face even if you are a normie base. You got to consider everything you need to have a good face as well. Nice jaw, good eye area, not too big nose, decent lips, decent skin, good hairline, facial harmony etc. All of these cannot be changed except skin, and even skin is like 80% genetic.
