In regular clothing he didn't look super jacked or anything
Yes he has narrow IPD but it doesn't look as derpy irl. The main issue with additional height is there will become a point where its impossible not to look like an eldritch horror. The practical difficutlies of living your life is the main issue of being extremely tall. Everything will be more expensive for you and it will take you years to fill out your body if you want to gymmaxx.

If somebody gave me a magic potion to make me 7ft tall I would do it just to be the ultimate mogging machine and to gain constant validation.
