Tamoxifen risks

Should i use tamoxifen as my ai ? I heard it can reduce igf1 by up to 50% , i just want to delay my gp closure the most but 50% is a lot

Explain further , why do u choose aromasin over tamoxifen , i tought abt using both

using both is fine but if your main concern is losing igf-1 i would just stick to aromasin
