Tamoxifen safe for me?

I wanna do a cycle of tamoxifen, i cant really find much info about cycling it on here. I recently turned 15 and i have very mild gyno, just a tiny bit pointy and puffy, it isn't going away and it has slowly been getting worse. how much should i cycle and is there anything else i should take with it to mitigate sides or anything like that.
