Depends but in most cases being tanned has more appeal, especially with girls

Depends on facial features, if your features are somewhat like marlon texeira then tan would be better

It depends what skin tone someone has if some one is extremely pale a tan could benefit them or if someone is brown or naturally tanned then a tan is useless

Though tan usually ascends because it gives harder shadows on bones
