Tan outside or sunbed MT2 (on accutane)

I’m on 10mg of accutane daily.

Where I live it gets to 4/5 UV index daily.

I’m pinning 100-200mcg each time I go out to tan. Wearing spf on my face.

Should I try a tanning bed for like 5 mins instead or would that be bad for my skin.
Maybe I’d cover my face?

Don’t want to ruin my skin on my face.
If anyone else is in a similar situation let me know what your routine is.

Don't tan over 3 uv but you can be outside with spf50 pa. I recommed using mt2 while small amounts of tanning.

the whole point of mt is too tan without sun if your not getting darker while on mt then your shit is 100% bac water and dandruff

Yeah that’s my plan. Just pin and get a bit of uv straight away. Don’t wanna just darken my freckles.

It’s already working a bit, just hear a lot of people using sun beds with it.
And you should get some UV exposure for best results

Im on 10mg accutane aswell. I started pinning mt2 yesterday (75mcg) today i went up to 100mcg and gonna continue that. Im in germany so the uv is 2 max 3 and i tan for 20min with spf on my face. I wouldn’t do tanbeds cause its skincancermaxxing jfl.

Yo what??? The whole point of mt is too tan WITH the sun otherwise it’s not gonna work as good. It literally makes your skin more sensitive to UV exposure.
