tan vs pale wasians

is it better for wasians to be tan or pale. i feel like both can look ethnic so which looks less ethnic and overall looks better

IMO pale only matters if curry or some other dark-skinned caucasian because asians still look asian regardless of their skin color, and many asians are very pale sometimes even paler than white people, undertones are what matter more. This is why I think tan might be ideal as it looks healthier.
