Anyone with experience has a idea what the Lycopene & Astaxanthine dosis are for a solid and safe tan?
I have middle eastern roots so basically glow brown in the summer but in the winter disgusting white/yellowish.
With that said this will be my first time using these supplements so if anyone has any advice or bad experiences with these "chemicals" let me know.
