its not even uncomfortable, i dont know if i normally mouth breathe at night but i probably do and this prevents me from doing that. will be doing that for the next month to see if i feel any better

im doing it because i wake up with dry mouth, it doesnt really do anything in terms of looks, im trying to see if it would make me feel any better
i actually noticed its easier to keep a proper mouth posture with the tape vs without
