Personally, I've done it and the improvements are very subtle and minimal. However it does improve sleep quality after 1 of two weeks of getting used to it. I am yet to find a way to sleep without breathing through your mouth, if you know let me know.

during development its really helpful to use mouth tape if u sleep with open mouth. do not respond iqlet
