What is tattoomaxxing? Does it just mean getting a bunch of tattoos? or a particular tattoo? I’m confused. Someone explain plz

I used to not like tattoos but I've really changed my mind recently. I was in a car crash and hit my head really hard. I had to spend months in the hospital answering questions like "can you count to 5 now" and "do you know your name." Some things are still harder than they used to be, like tying my shoes and remembering how to turn off the sink water, but I have become very open-minded and interested in tattoos. I once saw a guy with a tattoo that was like a lion and a dragon together and it was really exciting. Tattoos are very cool.
