Taz or accutane

I have light acne wich just won’t go away with tretinoin ( it got better but it returns ) should I try tazarotene or just take accutane

go for both, id say start with isotret (accutane) to permanently shrink the oil glands and then start using taz if you can already handle tret

use cleanser and moisturizer twice a day on isotret and do NOT use any retinoids on it, after up the % of tret you currently use and see how that goes. it wont rape you

I would go for accutane, you get better results from it, but using taz is also a good option of course you can do both but build up very slowly for most people it will destroy their skin barrier

Ok thanks I thing I will actually try low dose both and then higher the doses because I never get irritated from tret 0,1% every day
