Tretinoin or Accutane GTFIH

Yo I’ve been using tretinoin since 3 months and made some good progress but I hate to put that stuff in my face every day and use the god dam sandwich method wich takes way to much time can I just switch to accutane or will I get another purge ( the one from tret is over)

I dont have acne just sometimes some pimples ( I had acne bevor tret ) I just want to be able to eat what I want because sugar brakes me out every time will it cure that ?!

Will I purge again? Tret should have removed the pimples under my skin that come out while purging ( I should only purge on my body right? )

You'll most likely have a purge again, unless you microdose it but unless youre waiting to wait months to years for the full results I would just go for the standard dose of 40mg
