yes this is right one but you should probably start with 0.025 and work your way up

Everybody reacts differently, 0.1 may be too strong for some but fine for others. You could start at 0.05 and if it’s not too harsh you could move to 0.1. But you could try 0.1 and just move down if you can’t handle it.
