Start training natty for minimum 6 months with whey protein and creatine after that do a 500 mg test cycle and you will have a top 5% physique after 1 this

Even if I made 0 gains I would still lift because I love the feeling of pain and soreness in my muscles. I think its because that's the only time I feel anything at all :fuk: outside of gym I'm a soulless wagie husk going through the motions like a robot.
 
perfect body for aesethetic's to females isnt muscle mass but the bone structure

if youve seen those skinny black tall guys before wearing tank tops in the hood

they have the tapered squared shaped broad shoulders ,straight wide prominent clavicles with narrow hips

they are skinny yet look good because of their frame/bone structure and never had to lift a single weight in their life

or they did was eat flaming hot cheetos and drive by's daily

Some people have to compensate for wide hips by building a bigger back and shoulders

My friend was built like that in highschool, he was Nigerian.

Some people have to compensate for wide hips by building a bigger back and shoulders
yes that's correct but if they are natty lifting they will never gain enough width to compensate without being disproportinate and they will need to take roids.

but even if they did compensate for it they will easily be detected by females that their huge muscles are giving the illusion of a broad shoulder.

My friend was built like that in highschool, he was Nigerian.
yup black people tend to have the best arcehtype body structures but are just failoed massively by being literally black

If you have death tier length clavicles then yes but with someone who already has a wide frame they would look even better roided than the untrained chad

u just want to look chad in a t shirt

that's easy- just focus on shoulders and arms, and do chest/back compounds
train legs every 2 weeks
