I used to think I'm going to die in 2029 due to artifical intelligence wiping out humanity in that year practically being guaranteed.

Now I still think this is likely but I could live longer.

During unbearable feelings you have to cope with both 1. realizing that if you're about to die in the next 5 seconds, life was the most utter scam imaginable anyway, nothing was ever possible and nothing was ever satisfactory and 2. you have control over your mental state even in utter agony. Monks can be burning alive and not flinch.
