So there’s a guy on TikTok claiming he grew from 5’7 to 6’5 at age 19 now it sound unbelievable but his wingspan is incredibly short and he’s using a method I’ve never heard about before the tbl method (I attached images of him explaining) he uses a dds generator to send specific Herz and waveform through the growth plates and he’s selling his guide on how to do it as well so I’m quite interested
