this says its a 100% tca cross, thats insanely strong, and he had 6 courses of it, very risky. any treatment of that strenght will grant results, how long after the last treatment is the picture even taken? something like this would microswell him to oblivion for atleast 6 months

its from a paper that waasnt made public, haad to access sci hub. its I believe 100 percent spaced 1 month apart and taken 3 months after the last session, could still be microswelling but every laser result is immediately after so comparitively its not as bad. I believe CROSS doesnt cause microswelling to the same extent as laser since the damage is controlled and it takes time to remodel the individual scars with rest of the skin unlike laser which vaporises the entire epidermis

Equivalent to 4 hardmaxes? How much would that be. My scars Arent very severe maybe a little worse than the picture you posted

if there is no volume loss then subcision plus filler or tca cross plus ablative laser could work. Just be careful w subcision and ablative there are lots of instances where it causes accelerated aging by cutting ligament support and fat pads in latter case

I have some major scars and I’m getting more into skincare. Retinoids are cope unless it’s skin pigmentation. No I haven’t had it but in the future I might bc it seems it’s the best way to fix acne scars and gives pretty drastic results. Only downside is you need it to be refilled but I don’t mind, permanent fillers are worse and cause significant health and aesthetic problems. You can also do fat grafting for really deep scars I believe but I don’t know too much about it, other than it’s very unpredictable and it can be a waste of time. Take what I say with a grain of salt and do some research I’m new to acne procedures
