Indians have a long time culture that made people read and study old religious texts and follow those rules, compare it to blacks .

Both live mostly in poverty now so it doesnt matter anyways

But they have good potential look at indian scientists and philosophers... They're just poor. China was the same until 1950, after hard work they ended up being so disciplined like real life machines.
