teen and early 20s

Some people hit their prime in teen years, some in their 20s but my question is what age is the prime for male looks?

For example he was in his prime in this picture where he was a teen (16/17), even tho he looks 19/20, but some other guys went from like mtn to htn since teen years.

If you have prettyboy jb appeal then late teens - early 20s, otherwise probably mid to late 20s, if you’re subhuman then your prime years are those before you were conceived
