Stats: 16M, 6'2/ 85kg/ 17% Body Fat/ Relatively Muscular

My goals are to be jacked, be well groomed, handsome/ aesthetic and healthy (in every sense of the word).

Daily:
1. Shower (Soap, No Shampoo)
2. Skincare AM (Cleanser, Moisturiser, SPF)
2.5. Minoxidil on Face to boost Facial Hair
3. 15Min Sunlight whilst Fast Walking
4. Skincare PM (Cleanser, Moisturiser, Tretinoin)
5. Mew 24/7 Diligently
6. Fap once a Day to not be distracted by Horniness

Weekly:
1. Grooming (Shave Pubic/Pits/Neck. Oil Hair, Clip Nails etc)
2. 3 Strength/ Hypertrophy Workout per Week
3. 2 Cardio/ MMA Workouts per Week

Monthly:
1. Haircut once per Month (Low Maintenance Crew Cut)
2. 16 Hour Jelqing Session
