OK so if your a teen and here most likely you look like
Well my friend I have come up with a theory that might actually help us.
Hormones
It is well documented about the affects of GH and T on the face and body especially in teenage years
Eg
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
www.sciencedirect.com
(these parts are kinda cope but it's documented craniofacial development does end ever but slows down in the 20s)
But here are no cope studies
ijpeonline.biomedcentral.com
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
What can I do to achieve these??
You need to be injecting Test and HGH with a pharma Ai. This will ascend your height and frame and maybe even your face.
With an osteotomy after this (try sinn as hell do MLF3 cosmetically) this is probably the most effecient ascension methods for teens

Children who received long-term GH replacement therapy showed increased growth of the craniofacial skeleton, especially the maxilla and ramus. These findings suggest that GH accelerates craniofacial development, which improves occlusion and the facial profile.

Growth hormone significantly increases the adult height of children with idiopathic short stature: comparison of subgroups and benefit - International Journal of Pediatric Endocrinology
Background Children with Idiopathic Short Stature do not attain a normal adult height. The improvement of adult height with treatment with recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH), at doses of 0.16 to 0.28 mg/kg/week is modest, usually less that 4 cm, and they remain short as adults. The benefit...

Regulation of muscle mass by growth hormone and IGF-I
Growth hormone (GH) is widely used as a performance-enhancing drug. One of its best-characterized effects is increasing levels of circulating insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I), which is primarily of hepatic origin. It also induces synthesis of IGF-I ...
