teeth whitening alternative

I just read the teeth whitening thread in BOTB and i'm just wandering if using a carbamide peroxyde toothpaste is a valid alternative, considering it probably will just take some days instead of it being immediate i'm thinking of hopping on it and not using H2O2 by myself.

It's probably not gonna do too much I think the amount they can put in it is capped really low its kinda like charging a tesla with a laptop charger. Better off getting whitening strips with 3-5% hydrogen peroxide.

i also use coconut oil, but i use a retainer at night and that probably ruins it. what should i do?

I'd say focus on retainer and then work on the teeth whitening.

no doesn't exist.
you need to buy custom fitted trays with the putty thing you bite down on and get them sent back to get made up then you use cp 35% etc.
