I've been wanting to do this for a while, but the Chong niggers from AliExpress were somehow seized, so I had to wait two more weeks. Finally, I was able to do it.

I followed Pneumo's guide. The only thing I did differently was use 45% carbamide peroxide, due to having suffered trauma to my front teeth when I was younger, so I figured I should start with a lower percentage.

Items I used
gingival barrier - https://a.aliexpress.com/_m0p7lIR
Dental mouth opener - https://a.aliexpress.com/_mP85ZkF
Dental curling LED lamp - https://a.aliexpress.com/_m0AvGix
45% Carbamide peroxide - https://www.thehouseofmouth.com.au/product/opalescence-quick-rf-45-mint-carbamide-peroxide-1-2ml-teeth-whitening-gel-

What I did
- Firstly I put a tissue around the mouth opener as they were hurting my lips
- Next I applied the gingival barrier with the help from my mum

Wasn’t done the best but better then what I did
- Then I proceeded to put a pea size amount of Carbamide on each tooth, then dubbed it in to cover the tooth completely for every tooth
- Overall I did 3 rounds of 30mins each time washing off the gel each time NOT THE BARRIER, then reapplied the whitening gel.
- Lastly after I finished my 3rd round I washed off the gel with water and took off the barrier (you can simply just slip it out), I then brushed my teeth for a couple minutes making sure to get all the gel and barrier off

If I’m going to be I feel like I need to do a coupe more session of it, but I would say that it worked to a slight degree, I just need to refine my techniques but I’m diff going to be doing again

Good results for Carbamide since It has to stay on much longer. Really don't get why result threads like these get less views than people asking basic stuff. Good thread

Still going strong, I use h2o2 toothpaste 5% and whitening strips to maintain

Bro you are my favourite :Comfy::Comfy::Comfy::Comfy::Comfy:

Nice , thanks for posting results. Unfortunately I have very sensitive teeth. I’m not sure I wouldn’t hand myself if I were to use 45% because I’ve used 20% before and my teeth would already be hurting for days… and it’s not like normal pain but a pain from inside the teeth which is horrible.

Anyway, I still won’t give up so I’ve finished the stash anyway, just didn’t leave it in that long so it was more manageable. And now I’ve bought 15% so let’s see how that goes…

I also had a mold of my teeth made, so it’s like a retainer, the plastic kind you know. So I just put the carbamide peroxide in there and leave it in for a while and that’s it. If you use low strength and don’t have sensitive teeth you can even leave it in overnight this way, quite convenient. I think I might make a guide about it too.
