Teeth whitening strips

Ive been using crest whitening strips and they genuinely saved my teeth from being yellow.

Are there any cons to using them? Do they harm ur teeth if u use them too much?

wouldnt overdo them since ofc they damage some layers, id say its midigatable tho imo
