Just buy what dentists use: carbamide peroxide gel or hydrogen peroxide gel

They're cheaper than that crap and for sure more effective

The blue light shit doesn't work at all. It's not the same thing as what they use in the doctor's office for Whitening. That's bleach and a UV light. Whitening strips and peroxide will work tho. Or just pay 2k for doctor to do it and it will be done and over with

My collagen/skin quality and yellow teeth take me down a lot in looks. Luckily my collagen is improving a lot since using Umzu collagen protein and cutting out PUFAs and gluten
