Has anyone seen results with baking soda? If you have any other recommendations, I’d love to hear them. My teeth are fairly yellow. I’ve heard 3% hydrogen peroxide works great too. If you’ve got any recommendations or underrated softmaxxes, just let me know.

I’ve always maintained pretty good oral hygiene, I just screwed myself over when I was a little kid because I drank a ton of apple juice and stuff. It made my teeth fairly yellow, I just want to get them noticeably whiter. I don’t need them to be unrealistically white or like veneers. I’m just looking for some small improvements.

you need high % hydrogen peroxide gel (at least 35%)

anything else is cope

I’ve just heard they aren’t as cost efficient. I have a comfortable amount saved incase I need to, but I’m just looking for something that will help me get a little whiter teeth.

They are quite effective but they are pricey, I would still recommend them though unless you are strapped for cash

no if u space out the sessions propery ( 7 days)

i did 3 sessions, will do one more before summer.

yes it will but u might need more or less sessions.
