Teeth withening

I ve bought Opalescence but after 5 min i put it on the trays i start salivating and it goes all over my mouth, i have also tryed without it but as u can imagine was worse, what should i do?

Rub your teeth before you put it in so they're dry and swallow while it's in your mouth, never used that method but I used whitening strips and it fixed the problem. It should work the same way.
