I am whitening and then getting composite bonding done. I have all the materials to do pnuemos guide (44% h202). Should I do it at home diy or should I get them professionally whitened by dentist (25-30% h202). Parents are paying for whitening and composite bonding is covered by insurance. I’m scared that dentist whitening won’t be the ideal shade I want, but on the other hand is safer and professionally done.

just do it at home if you already have all the equipment, its also good to learn it for the future
