Btw i am talking in general i am a pure ectomorph and i have a very fast metabolism i eat everything in sightNo, you don't. 600 kcals of pizza vs 600 kcal of rice, chicken and broccoli still have the same energy content. You can still get a lean body if you eat 50% fast food but maintain a cal deficit and you can still get fat if you eat 10,000 kcal of rice, chicken and broccoli per day.
You're also way more likely to become micronutrient deficient if you only eat rice, potatoes, chicken breast, broccoli and tuna than if you ate everything your palate is asking for - including junk food.
(I know what I'm talking about, was a gym addict in the past for years, some time of it also roided)
