You could literally lift 5 years, gain all the muscle mass you can naturally and would look nowhere near a meatheaddont want a meathead body i want an athletic body
technically roiding could work, no exercise needed
Sad thing on this forum is I don’t even know if you‘re jokingroids
calisthenics.dont want a meathead body i want an athletic body
You didn't understand what I meant by that, I am not saying you're fat.im not fat just not athletic looking
Well, theoretically, you would increase your muscle mass if you roided and didn't workout, but yeah, injecting and not abusing the elevated T levels is just straight up retarded.Sad thing on this forum is I don’t even know if you‘re joking
you sound like a foid, you won't get meathead if you eat lean asfdont want a meathead body i want an athletic body
Roids shouldn‘t be recommended for anybody here. The majority of this forum would risk to seriously fuck themselves up. The only people who should consider roids are people who need it medically or pro athletes. The risks are too big for the reward. Just reaching your natural limit is all you need for everyone under 6‘5Well, theoretically, you would increase your muscle mass if you roided and didn't workout, but yeah, injecting and not abusing the elevated T levels is just straight up retarded.
I feel like a lot people here want short term gain and don't give a fuck what happens later in life when their looks decline, so they'd rather roid for a year than train naturally for 4 "wasting their youth" which is a retarded reason, but more power to them.Roids shouldn‘t be recommended for anybody here. roids do build muscle if you don’t workoutSad thing on this forum is I don’t even know if you‘re joking
I think you misunderstand though. People crave results here and now and gear is a shortcut to it.Roids shouldn‘t be recommended for anybody here. Most people on here are kids. They are insecure and believe everything that’s „blackpilled“. Roids have limited risks if you do enough research and monitor it closely. If you want to risk your health for gains is a decision maybe adults can make, but certainly not insecure teenagers. We‘re not their parents but somewhere needs to be a voice of reason . Do you think they gonna discuss their steroid plans with their parents?I feel like a lot people here want short term gain and don't give a fuck what happens later in life when their looks decline, so they'd rather roid for a year than train naturally for 4 "wasting their youth" which is a retarded reason, but more power to them.
You're also blowing the risks out of proportion, yeah, there are risks, but the chance of it going wrong is small provided you educate yourself and don't do stupid shit.
Then again, everyone here is smarter than everyone else, so chances are, most are not gonna listen to your opinion, so all I can say, is yes, roiding is a fantastic way to build your physique and get a top percentile body, but ill leave the nuances to each individual, we're not their parents, if they fuck themselves up because of not educating themselves and blindly listening to people here, I would call it natural selection.
Most people on here don’t know the basics of lifting didn’t even start. If you get your routine and nutrition right you can easily gain 30 pounds in your first year wtf do they need roids for?I think you misunderstand though. People crave results here and now and gear is a shortcut to it.
Nobody cares about limits, naturalness, etc.
1 year is a long period of time, and then to also consistently lift throughout... Roids are obviously, to achieve better results quicker. There're physiological changes and benefits too. Gear allows you to recover faster, improves qol, confidence, motivation, things like that. Because when you're achieving measurable drastic results in a short period of time, it's much easier to go through with it and improve, instead of falling into plateaus and improving little to none in periods of time. Most people on here don’t know the basics of lifting didn’t even start. There’s been study’s that prove that yes but the group that didn’t train still was climbing stairs, riding their bikes etc. there is no growth without muscle stimulation. You would only build muscle in your legs idk what would be the sense of thatroids do build muscle if you don’t workout
you could do pushups, squats, situps and pullups tho
1 year is absolutely no long period of time for 30pounds. People who just start roiding without having muscle mass and the receptors gonna get twice the side effects. Say goodbye to motivation and confidence when you get roid acne and are bloated like hell.1 year is a long period of time, and then to also consistently lift throughout... I've never recommended people ever taking any kind of drugs or steroids, as a matter of fact, I generally speak against it. Regardless, you can't simply ignore the positive things about certain substances. It's just being objective.1 year is absolutely no long period of time for 30pounds. But on a serious note, under absolutely no circumstances are roids to consider if you are a beginner. I used to be a lot in bb forums and people literally wouldn‘t buy when someone claimed to have gained 12 pounds of lean muscle mass in 6 months (under doses of 1g). What you can gain as a newbie you literally can’t even gain roiding as a intermediate. Please stop pretending that roids are some kind of miracle substance that makes all your problems go away.
This discussion is utterly useless. You guys just think the test just injects itself don’t you? If you want to keep side effects to a minimum you‘d have to inject yourself circa 3x a week( no beginner should start with propionate but they never gonna endure the hormone fluctuations on enanthate). Now additionaly to the discomfort of injecting now and then you’re gonna have an abscess( not even a doctor could avoid hitting a hair follicle with this injection volume) and it has to be treated at the hospital worst case even cut out. That alone is enough reason to just get your routine and volume in order or stay tf out of the gym if you aren’t motivated . You can‘t go on vacation if you have no subscription, living at your parents or with your gf is more stressful if you have to hide that shit all the time. I could literally think of 100 things that are just uncomfortable( not even risks). Yes steroids can increase mood a little bit but you have to come off your cycle 1 day and if you do a normal pct you‘re gonna take meds which literally have depression as a side effect. If you quit cold turkey you’re gonna be straight up suicidal with no motivation what so ever addionally to probably have fucked your axis up for good. The mood changes are part of the reason why a lot of people are addicted to steroids btw.I've never recommended people ever taking any kind of drugs or steroids, as a matter of fact, I generally speak against it. I used to lift and it's such a shitty "hobby" to have. Pure misery. And don't give me that crap of how much you enjoy lifting heavy weights. No it's not enjoyable and never will be. It's not fucking natural to try to lift hundreds of kgs just4fun, people are made to be lazy and conserve the energy.
Anyway, back to the point. Got my bp to 80kg for reps and ohp to something around 50kg and then I just started to turn into bloatlord without any significant improvements or changes and it was just awful and I was dreading of lifting these weights, as they're heavy af and you feel sick after lifting that shit. Had to take long breaks and it was mostly uncomfortable waste of time, misery and pain. Roids would have helped me stay motivated/continue/experience less displeasure and in general, better and faster improvements over time. Might not have quit, but whatever. My weight was in high 60s. Maybe 70 even at the time.
Nowhere did I say it solves problems, was just reasoning why it's such an appealing thing to do and why people do it. There're so many reasons...
Of course fucking useless, if you can barely bench 20kg and hop on a cycle, like quite a few users here, but lets be realistic and reasonable here...
