Good quality meat eggs milk and butter from farm, vegies and fruits from your garden or farm again, 8-9 hours sleep, workout 4 times a week HIT more is too much, stretch after waking up before workout and before sleep, atleast 10k steps a day

If you had the hormonal profile of a healthy male you wouldn't be skinny even if you didn't workout.
Nah I got a little bit of muscle but being skinny is amazing. And my bidelt is 20.5inch and a 27.4inch waist why would I need to get muscle when I have a natural v taper like aaad lmaoooo :feelsgood:
