Tretinoin is a prescription retinoid, it regenerates skin cells/collagen and is the most researched skin care chemical.

It is used to tret acne, sun damage, melanoma, and general aging. Many older women also use it.

You can start with OTC retinol from Cetaphil + sunscreen and then move to tret since it’s a bit drying.

But retinoids might undo your tanning due to regenerating skin cells on your face.
