I also would like to mention I have a dealer currently. however, im not sure if he's fully trustworthy enough to buy off of him. he's selling 5000mcg for around 300usd (264ish GBP). If anyone knows trustworthy dealers DM me.

Benefits
  • Stimulates new bone formation (anabolic — unique vs. most osteoporosis drugs)
  • Significantly reduces vertebral and non-vertebral fracture risk
  • Increases bone mineral density, especially in the spine
  • Useful when other treatments have failed or fractures occur despite therapy

Risks

  • Black box warning: Osteosarcoma risk in animal studies (rare/theoretical in humans; max 2-year lifetime use)
  • Hypercalcemia / hypercalciuria
  • Orthostatic hypotension (especially first doses)
  • Nausea, leg cramps, dizziness
  • Contraindicated in: Paget's disease, prior radiation to skeleton, bone metastases, unexplained elevated alkaline phosphatase, pediatric patients
  • Daily subcutaneous injection (adherence barrier)
  • Expensive; requires follow-up with an antiresorptive after stopping
