Terrible sleep on GH peptides

I've been on sermorelin for roughly a month now and i've been loving it. My only issue with it is the terrible sleep i get from it. My dosing is 200 mcg right before bed usually on a fasted or semi-fasted state. I've tested around too see if it might be because of it messing with my blood glucose levels by eating some light carbs before bed but nothing changed. It's been like this ever since the first day i pinned it, i'll go to sleep and it'll feel as if i'm half awake the entire night. Literally zero REM when i'm on it.

Anyone else have the same issue? Everyone says their sleep on GH peptides are amazing. I've tried a single dose of cjc/ipam from my friend and i still had the same reaction too.

Do you have sleep apnea? Water retention can worsen sleep apnea which increases significantly around REM sleep. Get your sleep quality checked with a sleeping monitor (complain about it to an ENT specialist or something if you want it checked one time insured or get your own device if you wanna monitor it as you tweak things)
