Im 15. 5 foot 8. 70.5kg Im looking to put on a lot of muscle and improve bone mass facially. I have been researching and am thinking of hopping on test either 250, 300 or 350. Main risk Im worried about is recovery after because I’ve heard it can take months and you’ll feel like shit.

Tren in puberty in high dose rapes your growth since ur 5'8 you dont want that
 
Just eat good sleep well and do what you do for ur muscle you dont need high dose tren unless ur levels are astronomically low ur 15

99.9% of AAS users recover. The other 0.01% were probably female or a measuring error. The length of recovery process depends on the load of gear you used and the amount of exposure you had. Someone who did 1 cycle of 350 and then PCT'd will recover within a month or two guaranteed. Someone who did 1-3 years with mostly normal dosages might need more time and a heftier PCT, but will absolutely recover if they do it right. Literally 0 downside to test if you do research yourself for a long enough time.

Test? Yeah, absolutely. Pin daily, start with 350. After 3-4 weeks assess how you're feeling. At 350 you should be pretty okay so you can start upping the dose 100mg per week and assess your feeling every week. If you start to get bloated, feel moody or lethargic, lower the dose. Leave the AIs out of the first cycle and if you can, run doses at which you do not need AI at all even later. Anyways, run that dose for as long as you want since diminishing returns kick in soon and you'll feel it. Drop test to TRT doses and cruise for a bit to plan your next cycle. Rinse and repeat

Surely the more you do the longer recovery will take like surely there should be a dose I don’t go past. Also I don’t want to cycle forever I want to do one cycle and then decide if I’m gonna do another

Dudes are on blast and cruise for years and recover in less than a year. 1 cycle is beyond pointless. 0 gains retained and just bloated the entire cycle. Do 1, cruise on low dose and then do another.

Opting for test is signing a waiver that says you're ready to pin for life or a large portion of your life at least.

Yeah I get what you’re saying. But what I’m trying to do is put on a bunch of muscle and strength before the new school year for rugby Cause now Im playing rugby at a higher older level. So Im just thinking about this one cycle tgat will get me bigger and improve my face if possible

One cycle will not change you drastically at all. You'd be surprised. You can either blast and cruise or just cruise on a higher dose (250-350 maybe) for longer periods of time instead of doing big blasts.

Newbie gains might enhance it, sure, but 7-10kg is absurd. Everyone and their mom can bench 100kg btw sorry to pop your bubble. I'd say maybe 2-4kg if you're very disciplined and stick to everything right.

Absolutely not in 3 months. You're underestimating how much 3kg of LEAN actual CONTRACTILE muscle is. That's after the glycogen and water depletion.

Age doesn't matter, training experience does. If you aren't benching 100kg sometime within the first year, you're doing something wrong.

I literally bulked 8kg in 5 months and am leaner than I was before or the same fat

I had good diet and was training hard and problaly went through a growth spurt
 
Are you cycling it or just staying on it. I also can’t get bloodworks which would be risky do you reckon
I'm currently off cycle. I'm on 150mg of test C and that's it. Now let me guess. You can't get bloodwork done because of your parents? You don't need parental consent to do them. Yes it's risky, no you shouldn't do it.

E and C are fundamentally the same. Don’t to subq, just do IM with insulin pins. 20 week cycle, cruise until bloodwork and BP are in healthy ranges, then blast again.

Why would you say not subq I heard im hurts like a mf im 16 having parent pin me so I rather sub tbh and what should I ask to get bloodwork just go to a hospital and ask ? I’ve ran rad twice without getting work

If you use 1/2" 29G you can absolutely hit true IM or shallow IM at the very least and it doesn't hurt a single bit. Like sure when you pop it in you feel a sting but that's about it. No soreness, no PIP, nothing.

Find a clinic that does hormonal testing. AFAIK most hospitals don't just do them, do check tho. I'm sure some do, just not that I've heard. Make sure to get baseline hormones (total test, free test, e2, prolactin, shbg, optionally t3 and t4), lipids, CBC, electrolytes, kidney markers (don't forget cystatin C alongside creatinine). Don't forget to measure blood pressure as often as you can. Get atleast a week of daily measurements as a baseline then measure it daily on cycle. It takes at most a minute per day.

Running gear without doing bloodwork is stupid. Why do you not want to stay on top of your health while running hormone-altering compounds?
