Test bloat need help

I have been on test 250mg/week for a month now and the bloat is still pretty bad I am also on 6iu Gh ed so that may be contributing aswell. I had an order of Eplerenone and some other stuff but it got rejected by customs. I have an event soon and need to debloat asap what options do I have? I was looking at laxatives or is that Cope? In Canada btw.

Do I need a prescription, or can I just go with the laxatives from the local drug store
