the ester is an added molecule which is attached to the sterodal molecule to extend the half life ( as pure testosterone would be processed within 2 hours )
prop = fast
enanthate = medium
cypionate = long
dec = uber long

theres like 50 other esters but there are the main used for test
you want to be injecting frequently to maintain more stable serum levels so prop or enanthate are typically prefferable.
