Does hopping on test lower your bf %?

Currently around 14-15 bf and want to get down lower but I don’t want to twinkmax and look easy to beat up.

Will test usage lower bf %?

I don't think it will necessarily lower body fat maybe hop on reta or start a caloric deficit if you wanna stay natural

Yes and no. Not directly, somewhat easier tho because more of the calories and nutrients go towards muscle synthesis afaik

I’m 5’7 and don’t want to be twinkmaxxed cuz if I starve maxx down to 10% bf I will likely be 135lbs, even more victim weight than rn (150lbs) so I want to maintain or bulk but with lower bf %. Any advice regarding that? Hgh? Test? Tren?

Test and hgh is all you should run

Save the tren for the summer cut

it wont inherently make you lose fat, but the nutrient partitioning helps

its more of a tool to help achieve it

a caloric deficit is still obviously necessary

What will help more you think, probably the hgh right? I’m very low test already and probably gonna wait a few more months and get it through my doctor

20 years old 330 ng/dl test

Probably just need to wait a year and get a prescription for life, why put all the risk in my own hands when I can hand off all the responsibility to a doctor?

The cut is inevitable. Gear almost always works better when you're lean. I also dont think you need to lose 7kg to get to 10% but I could be wrong. Get lean first and then lean bulk/maingain on cycle. You'll be able to eat more than natty and still not gain fat because the test uses it for muscle synthesis. Test should always be the base, you'll for sure handle 500mgs atleast. Hgh is a nice to have if you can afford it. I'd stay away from 19-nors like tren or deca for first cycle and even after. Bioidentical hormonos always mog but you can dabble with low dose tren later, not now I'd say.
