When doing a height protocall useing high doses of Aromatace inhibitors The aromatace inhibitors actually become more effective on the exogenous testosterone than they would’ve been on the natural testosterone. This is obviously dose dependent
In men 2.5 mg of Letrozole every day only suppresses 40 to 60% of estrogen. When on exogenous testosterone of 200-300 that number increases to around 80%.
Here’s why- a large amount of estradiol is produced directly in the testes. This is why HCG is a bad idea. Aromatace inhibitors struggle to block the estrogen produce there unlike estrogen produced in fat and muscle tissue.
This is good to understand because a lot of research doesn’t use high dose androgens during puberty. This is good for us because that’s exactly what we want to do.
