what else besides l-carnitine upregulates AR?

How much to take? I take 2g daily
6g is good i think

but at different times of the day, i read it isnt absorbed well all at once, so split up dosages into 3g and take them at times far from eachother
i could be wrong doe, im not knowledgeable about this shit

the more testosterone you have better your receptors are, this is also true for estrogen receptors

But i think only if your levels are out of the natural reference range. People worry way to much about a small difference of 100-200ng/dl test level, when you would need levels +1200 to notice a difference.

this is what they want you to think, that small levels of 100-200 don't make a difference, so that people stop caring about keeping their levels as high as they can, 200 ng + of
testosterone make all the difference if you're natty, and natural reference range is cope, chads have 1200+ naturally

But 5 alpha reductase enzymes are different than androgen receptors - it’s that there is less dht binding to the androgen receptor. If your other androgens bind to the receptors it shouldn’t be a difference right?
Maybe it’s autistic cope

Still though - Possibly upregulating scalp receptors is scary af for norwoodcels

htpa will alter your steroid enzyme expression in the tissues

I think fin migt have permanently upregulated androgen receptors throughout all my body tissue . I build and hold onto muscle so easily now that I quit it. I have basically never seen that in anyone IRL
Just a theory though. Reverse androgenicity

I am 43 and have a 900 to 1,000 range..I think I was a chad in my youth but I did not know it..but I was also very skinny

I remember you saying that after quiting fin your hair loss slowed for several years after - wouldn’t a reverse androgenicity response have expedited the loss?

yes you were probably a chad, even if very skinny if you had good proportions with 10-12% BF you were a chad, your levels are great for the current age

True yeah, but i was also on min almost all those years and that has anti androgenic properties topically at least

Why you quit tho?

Then why do people start getting noobie gains again on TRT, not even a cycle dose? Of course its noticeable
