Testosterone tests (especially E2, the most important variable when Cycling) are useless??

I've just been reading that most Testosterone test kits are basically extremely inaccurate, especially the E2 figure, which is pretty important when running a cycle.
Thoughts? Is the Testosterone test I did pointless. How did you obtain a reliable E2 number before starting your cycles?

Why would it be unreliable?
They take your blood and just measure how much e2 is in that deciliter of blood [ml in e2 case] and how would they be extremely innacuate?
The only difference that is present is if you are hypogonadal and it shows a way too low score

I had heard that the standard assay is basically only good if your a woman. My e2 number was 19ng/dl.
