Tetralysal – a miracle cure or just another promise?

Is Tetralysal truly an effective solution for skin problems, or is its reputation exaggerated? I have heard that it helped many people but for me its kind of opposite. It did not make my skin or acne worse but i don’t think it made anything at all. Will some of you look for any information about it and I would be pleased if u find interesting things or maybe some advice of how to properly use it cus i may be doing it wrong (Have in mind that i am using it for one year or some more)

no its cope antibiotics will just wreck your gut bacteria and maybe temp fix ur skin, isotretinoin or LDAR
