Not bones, eyebrows, that is the main difference. Also notice how th guy in the first pic is raising his brows slightly, that makes his eyes less laterally longer than they are. He also looks younger than the guy in the bottom pic due to his skin being better. The bottom guy also has his lip downturned in a negative expression while the first pic has his lips upturned. I am not saying these guys look literally same but the difference in dark triad or low triad isnt inherent or drastic
